HANDMADE ART
Local hero and mr nice guy K.I.L.A.S. (Keep It Like A Secret) just had his solo show last week called "Handmade" over at dbl O Artspace featuring collab illustrations with local talents namely 1.2Delta, Antz, Clog02, Scope, Sheryo, Speak Cryptic, Zero and yours truly.
There were live screen-printing on tshirts on the opening night by the man himself with original artworks, screen-print posters and tshirts available on sale.
Artworks, prints and tshirts are also available now through K.I.L.A.S. website and shits are mad limited as usual. Tell him The Killer Gerbil sent you.
A big thanks to K.I.L.A.S. for the love and congrats on the show!

GRAFA TRIP
Of late I've been taking some time off of things enjoying my day to day doing what I love helping running a super chill local cycling and lifestyle boutique Life Cycle which also serves as yet another platform to connect with a wider range of like-minded individuals locally and abroad.
Last weekend we headed up to Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia for a night stay to meet up with some new found friends to catch up and get together. We were greeted by a young and talented designer/filmmaker/photographer Faz Adhili whom brought us around doing that touristy foodie shit before finding ourselves at Grafa, the new cool spot for all that cycling and design needs run by 3 humble creatives and crew.
I of course took the chance to leave some love around the neighborhood and a quick mural for Faz's studio before heading back to the mainland.
A huge thanks to our Malaysian connection (Faz Adhili Creative Lab, Grafa, Wheel Love) for their hospitality, time and wall space. We can't wait for more in the near future!

THE NEW SEXY
The Killer Gerbil was invited in the July edition of Singapore's fashion & entertainment magazine Nuyou alongside other local big names in the industry to create an artwork with "The New Sexy" as this month's theme, interpreting sexy in a new way minus all those nudity and shit.
While cycling helps your sexy shape up, you know fixed gear is the new sexy when the boys bike-porning over classic vintages online or bike checking on the next rider at traffic stops.

RO-ROLL-KIDUL
Come this Friday June 17th will witness Singapore's very first goldsprint race that will be happening at Life Cycle store brought to you by the good people from Airwalk, Fab's Cycle, PEONFX and yours truly.
Goldsprint is a bicycle rollers racing and social event where riders compete each other on stationary bikes connected to a system that measures distance and riders' progress. The most common format is a qualifying round and then a series of knockout rounds until the category winners are established.
"Ro-Roll-Kidul" is the first to many future goldsprint races so do come down for an exhilarating night of good times and the unexpected! Race starts from 9pm and is open to all young and old so take a shot cause you might be the first local sprinter to bag it all with cold hard cash!

ADIDAS ALL24
The Killer Gerbil was invited by sports giant adidas Singapore for a graffiti piece alongside local heroes Antz, Clog02 & Zero for adidas all24, an epic 24 hours celebration of style, street and sports event held at *Scape.
Each artists took a 4 hours shift starting from 10pm all the way till the next day at 2pm to complete the collab freestyle piece.
Thank you adidas and all who came for the love and support!

123KLAN
The legendary graffiti duo from 123KLAN was in town recently to promote their latest collab with an upcoming Singaporean sneaker label BRONX here in Singapore.
Local heroes Clog02, Zero and yours truly were invited to paint alongside the legends at the official launch that took place at Limited Edition store.
It was definitely an honour to be able to meet the international stars whom had inspired me greatly from day 1 and the good times. Shout out to Chooee from Streething for making this possible!
